THE CONCEPT OF MAJOR/LOZUAWAY & ASSOCIATES
Our marketing team and sales force represent well over 100 years of combined efforts in the industry.  Our experienced sales force enables us to devote sufficient time to each of the manufactures we represent.  Eith the concept, we feel that we can do a better job for both our customers and our principals. 
 


Company Objectives
Short Term
 To establish a basic, strong, experienced sales force which will continue to grow under modern management concepts.  This will consist of operating our company under a system of management objectives, including formal and informal sales training programs for all personnel to better increase our product knowledge.  Other objectives will be periodic evaluation of our customers in order to better service their requirements and increase our mutual profitability.
 
 Long Term
  Each individual in our company will be provided and assisted with the necessary goals for their personal happiness, security and stability.  We hope in this manner to build an ever-increasing strong company morale.
 We also intend to supply the manufacturers that we represent with the sales volume that they require for their marketing plans.  As with our customers, we realize that the disired sales volume must be on a mutually profitable basis.
 We are prepared to supply the necessary manpower and sales expertise for any territory represented by our organization including establishment of resident salesmen in specific marketing areas.
 
Agency Analysis

Multi-person agency for continuity and coverage of Michigan's lower peninsula.  Additional personnel will be on board as needed.

  •  The agency provides as array of service functions such as, order entry, warranty service, training, expediting products, problem resolution, writing specifications, quotations, job take-offs, credit and collections. The agency also creates demand in a variety of secondary calls specifying engineers, architects, plumbing and mechanical contractors, builders, ect.
  • Well staffed office to serve customers needs, as well as a nationawide watts line for customer convenience.  With our complete, personalized mailing to any select group of accounts.  Our order/sales software program allows us to monitor the buying habits of our accounts.  We canquickly be alerted to any drop in sales so small problems can be solved before they become large problems.
  • Commercial quotation department that utilizes Dodge Plan Network (electronic blueprints) to locate construction  projects.  We provide educational information to architects and engineers, assisting them in specifying our products.  Formulate quotes to be used in securing jobs with contractors through distributors.
  • Water works utility and municipal supply division.
  • Knowledge and experience in the plumbing industry....a century of accumulated history.
  • Continuous training programs for wholesalers, contractors, and company personnel.
